DESCRIPTION
Contingency management (CM) uses motivational incentives to encourage desired changes. Substance use treatment providers have achieved strong results in using CM as evidence-based practice to increase client show rates, increase clean urine screens, and to influence a number of other behaviors.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
- Learn the behavioral fundamentals foundational to Contingency Management (CM).
- Learn the skills and tools needed to conduct CM.
- Plan for the implementation of a CM program in your practice setting.
CONTINUING EDUCATION:
Registrants who fully attend this training series will receive 6 NAADAC continuing education hours. Certificates are disseminated via email to all qualifying individuals approximately two weeks after the conclusion of the event or training.
